Boneless Beef Ribs

These boneless beef ribs are super tender, juicy, and are cooked low and slow, then covered with a barbecue and hot honey glaze and then finished off on the grill. Easy and delicious!

Boneless Beef Ribs

  • In a large stock pot add barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Add the beef ribs to the pot and cover with water. Stir, and bring to a boil.
  • Cover and reduce to simmer at the lowest heat possible.
  • Let simmer for 2 ½ hours.
  • Preheat the grill to at least 350 degrees (medium) right before the ribs are done.
  • Remove the ribs from the sauce and place on a foil lined baking sheet.

Barbecue Hot Honey Glaze

  • In a small bowl, mix barbecue sauce and hot honey together.
  • Brush each rib with the barbecue sauce and hot honey mixture.
  • Place on the grill for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  • Remove and enjoy.

Notes

  • Mix the simmering ingredients before adding the ribs to ensure everything is well blended.
  • Choose boneless ribs with a good amount of marbling for super-tender texture and tons of flavor.
  • The ribs are fully cooked right from the pot, so you only need to bake or grill them long enough for the sauce to caramelize.
