Prepare hamburgers as desired and top with sliced cheese.
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, add leftover pork, barbecue sauce and broth. Stir and cook until heated through.
Place ½ cup of pulled pork on top of each burger with cheese.
Top with crispy fried onions or homemade fried onion strings
Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
