  • Prepare hamburgers as desired and top with sliced cheese.
  • In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, add leftover pork, barbecue sauce and broth. Stir and cook until heated through.
  • Place ½ cup of pulled pork on top of each burger with cheese.
  • Top with crispy fried onions or homemade fried onion strings
  • Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
