Hi Edward, yes they sure can. Depending on the size you slice the jalapeños will determine the time in the air fryer. After dredging through the 3 stations, place them in a single layer, not touching, and give a quick spray with olive oil then air fry at 370° for 3-5 minutes, flip over, give another spray of olive oil and air fry for another 3-5 minutes.
