Way too much filling, unless you can buy more than 1 size of wrappers. I used about a teaspoon of cheese and blueberry filling, only way to keep from breaking open. Sprayed with cooking spray and bake.d. Turned out good. So now have extra filling and a ton of wrappers so tomorrow will make more to use filling and freeze them. I guess one day will have to make cabbage filling for egg rolls and use up the wrappers.

Hi Barbara, yes you can. And spray the egg rolls with cooking spray right before putting in the oven.
