Hi Jennifer, it is a Cajun seasoning and can be found at most groceries stores, Walmart and even from Amazon. I hope you are able to find it. :)

Great recipe but I made a couple of changes. Didn’t have any Slap ya Mama – so used another Cajun seasoning. Also, haven’t had any Velvetta in the house for over 20 years so I used Cream Cheese instead. I also used 4 tablespoons Better than Bouillon Vegetable Base with 4 cups of water. Also, pureed this soup as my family tends to eat soup only if they can’t see exactly what’s in it.
