Hi Terry,
Yes, you definitely can cook these in the oven. Place them on a baking sheet like the directions say for the smoker. Place in a 400 degree oven and baked for 30-35 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the meatloaf is cooked thoroughly. I hope you enjoy these as much as we do. :)
