Santa Fe Breakfast Croissants

Oh my goodness, talk about a great breakfast croissant that is Vegetarian and delicious! These Santa Fe breakfast croissants tastes so good and are easy to put together! So, how about making something a bit different for breakfast in the morning? Yum!

Santa Fe Breakfast CroissantsHere is the link that will take you to the recipe for the spicy home style potatoes that I used in this recipe. The potatoes are easy to make. All you have to do is fry up some potatoes, grate some cheese, slice up some avocados, top it with salsa and there you have it, a Santa Fe breakfast croissant sandwich!

Santa Fe Breakfast CroissantsThis was the first recipe I made for my family that included cheese since we changed our diet. My boyfriend and daughter have missed their cheese, and like I said in a recent post, they are now Vegetarian. Some of my recipes will now include Vegetarian dishes and desserts.

Santa Fe Breakfast CroissantsGive these Santa Fe breakfast croissants a try! They are full of flavor and super tasty! These will definitely be a change from the normal breakfast meal! So tasty and definitely satisfying!
