Hi Tom, thanks so your comment. These onion strings are homemade but using store bought is definitely great on these sandwiches too. I have a pulled pork slider recipe coming soon that we use the store bought fried onions. I love your suggestion of using a pretzel bun. Sounds delicious! :)

Looks like a very tasty sandwich. On the fried onion straws, do you make those or are they store bought? Also, another great bun choice is the pretzel buns, I’m currently hooked on them and I think this would be great on it, thanks.
