These Mile High Nachos look delicious. I have not made them yet, but as soon as I get to the store to pick up what I need, I will be making them. I do have a question. When you cook the beef, onions, & taco seasoning. Do you add the water that is recommended for on the taco pkg,? Thanks for any help you can give me. Have a wonderful and blessed day.
