This is a fantastic recipe! My wife and I are vegan, so we eat a LOT of beans and I have tons of recipes, but this one is our new fave. Easy to put together, and nice to come home to after work. Just the right level of spice.

Hi Shirley, Rotel is diced tomatoes and diced chilies mixed together. Mostly tomatoes and can be purchase at most grocery stores and Walmart as well. I hope you are able to find it. :)
