If you are like us, anytime we order pizza we NEED to have garlic cheese bread as well. This three alarm garlic cheese bread is so great, and spicy and goes well with any Italian meal! It’s a great meal in itself if you are a bread lover like me! I could just eat this for a meal and totally be satisfied!

Three Alarm Garlic Cheese Bread

The thing I love best about making your own three alarm garlic cheese bread is that it’s cheap! You can buy the french bread for less than a buck, and use 1 stick of butter, throw on some cheese and some garlic salt, stick it in the broiler and in about 5 minutes, you will have this delicious tasting treat!

Three Alarm Garlic Cheese Bread

The cheese is something I buy every time I get down to Sam’s Club®, which isn’t very often being it’s quite a distance to drive. That’s the only place I’ve been able to find it and let me tell you this… It’s DELICIOUS!! Spicy but delicious! Three Alarm Colby Jack Cheese with intense pepper flavor of Chipotle, Habanero, Jalapeno Peppers is what this cheese is all about! Sound hot? I won’t deny it does have a bite to it!

Three Alarm Garlic Cheese Bread

You can make this with any cheese but this is just extra delicious with this spicy, and I did say spicy, cheese! Don’t worry, it’s not one of those things you eat and have to down a gallon of water while your eating it to cool off your mouth! Try it, I know you will flip over how wonderful this three alarm garlic cheese bread tastes.

Sound good?

So the cheese isn’t real stringy like mozzarella cheese when it’s melted but the flavor is amazing! I also make this same type of bread with Asiago cheese too! Very delicious as well. I want to open a restaurant one day and one of the main ingredients is definitely going to be CHEESE! Cheese of all kinds! It’s so nice to have dreams…. that’s mine, my own restaurant!

  • 1 loaf french bread
  • 1 stick butter ½ cup
  • 3 - 4 cups Three Alarm cheese bought from Sam's Club®
  • Garlic salt

Instructions

  • Set oven to broil.
  • Cut loaf of french bread lengthwise.
  • Butter each half of bread and place on cookie sheet.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Sprinkle garlic salt over the top of the cheese.
  • Place in broil for approximately 4 - 6 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and cooked.
  • Remove from oven and cut into desired pieces and enjoy!

ENJOY!

    Notes

Either way works when sprinkling the garlic salt on bread. You can do it right after you butter the bread or how I have in my directions. I usually do it before adding the cheese but try it this way. :)
