Bacon Wrapped Hashbrown Patties

Here’s some bacon wrapped hashbrown patties that will make breakfast a bit more enjoyable. The kids will love it, the family with love it and you will love it. Crispy bacon with crunchy hashbrowns in one. A perfect addition to the breakfast menu.

Bacon Wrapped Hashbrown Patties

Basically, just wrap each hashbrown with one or two pieces of bacon, fry them in a little vegetable oil, cook until done, top with your favorite toppings, like sour cream, cilantro, salsa, avocados, cheese and enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb applewood bacon any bacon will do
  • 8 hasbrown patties
  • Vegetable oil enough to cover the pan with ½" of oil

Optional

  • Sour Cream
  • Avocado slices
  • Salsa
  • Scrambled eggs

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a large frying pan to 350°.
  • Wrap each hashbrown with 1-2 strips of bacon.
  • Place each hashbrown into pan and fry until desired crispiness is obtained.
  • Remove from pan and place onto a plate lined with paper towels.
  • Serve with sour cream, avocado slices, salsa and scrambled eggs.
  • Enjoy!
