I used chicken thighs in place of chicken breasts, otherwise followed the recipe. It turned out delicious. So much flavor, a little kick of heat, and very easy to make. This one is a winner.

to be honest, i wasn’t a HUGE fan of this one. it was good but i wouldn’t make it again. it is very tangy which is to be expected with the ingredients so i think it’s just up to personal preference. the chicken was cooked beautifully though with instructions provided

It was extremely salty. After I shredded the chicken, I put it back in the juice. Maybe thats where I screwed up as It absorbed all the juice and I didn’t have any gravy. I added more water, plus some of the water from the potatoes i boiled for mashed potatoes. It did take some of the saltiness away. If I were to make it again, I’d use maybe 1/4 cup of the pepperocini juice and 3/4 cup water.
