Such a delicious recipe! It’s the only lasagna recipe I use now and my dad requests it for his birthday every year. Also, I’m weird and use feta instead of ricotta or cottage cheese and it tastes awesome.

This is my go to lasagna recipe! It’s always a crowd favorite. I usually add beef broth wine and a dash of cinnamon to my meat sauce which gives it more depth of flavor. Also, I’ve tried with both precooking the noodles and just putting them in raw and don’t see any difference. So I prefer to just add the noodles raw which saves time and energy. I have used this recipe dozens of times and it’s never failed me!

Hi LaShelle, I use cottage cheese. I’ve just always have and love it. Never tried the red wine in place of water. Let me know how it turned out with the red wine. :)
