- Using a large pot, add diced potatoes and diced jalape\u00f1os. Cover with water and bring to a boil.<\/li>

- Add butter, sour cream, seasoning, pepper, and stir.<\/li>
- Next, add shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and diced green onions and mix until combined.<\/li>

- Heat oil to 375\u00ba in a medium heavy bottom pan or deep fryer.<\/li>

- Dip\/roll each ball in flour.<\/li>
- Next, add to buttermilk mixture and then into the Panko breadcrumbs.<\/li>
