Getting it thin is what allows it to fully cook by the time the coating is nice and crunchy. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To easily pound your chicken, place it in a resealable baggie and pound it with the flat side of a mallet. This eliminates tons of cleanup and bacterial spread. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I don&#8217;t recommend using regular milk for this breading.
