Look at all this bubbly cheese! Mmmm, mmmm, mmmm! A double layer of lasagna stuffed manicotti is what I made here but making single layers works well too. Making a ton of food is usually how I cook and this lasagna stuffed manicotti will definitely serve a large crowd.<\/p>\n\n\n

If ricotta cheese is not a favorite, cottage cheese may be substituted instead. Both types of cheese is what I use in my pasta dishes depending on what I’m making and both tastes delicious.<\/p>\n\n\n

When preparing this meal, stuffing the manicotti is a bit time consuming but it’s so worth every minute. After mixing the cheeses into the meat mixture, spoon into the manicotti noodles filling them up and place in a baking dish. Continue stuffing and placing the stuffed manicotti into the dish. Once finished, top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Finally, cover with foil and cook until it’s heated through and the cheese is melted.<\/p>\n\n\n
