  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray 2- 7x11 baking dishes with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Press cookie dough into the baking dishes and form a large rectangle.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden around the edges and the center is set.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, 2-3 minutes.
  • Add powdered sugar and beat until combined, then mix in the cool whip. Place in the fridge to chill while the cookie is cooling.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture in an even layer over the cooled cookie.
  • Crumble the other baked cookie dough and sprinkle over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Add Reese’s pieces randomly over the top.
  • Place in the fridge to chill, and enjoy.
