Pepperoni Pizza Monkey Bread

This pepperoni pizza monkey bread is super easy to make and it's loaded with mini pepperonis, mozzarella cheese, and seasoned perfectly.

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, and lightly spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray right before filling.
  • Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll into balls. Place into a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl that is microwave safe, melt butter.
  • Add garlic powder, parsley flakes, oregano, and basil to the butter. Stir to combine.
  • Pour butter mixture into the bowl over biscuits. Gently stir to coat.
  • Place some of the mini pepperonis into the bottom of the prepared Bundt pan followed by ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Next, add half of the dough balls into the pan.
  • Sprinkle half of the cheese and more pepperonis on top of the biscuit pieces.
  • Add the remaining biscuit dough balls, followed by the remaining cheese and additional pepperonis.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Place a plate over the top of the Bundt pan and invert the pan.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with marinara or your favorite dipping sauce

Notes

  • Be sure to coat every nook and cranny of your bundt pan with nonstick spray, so you can easily remove the bread.
  • Be sure you use large canned biscuits. They'll create the best texture and the best size for snacking.
  • Stir the dough balls gently when combining them with the garlic butter to prevent squishing them too much.
