Ingredients

Roast Beef Sliders

Seasoned Butter Topping

Lettuce Mixture

  • 8 ounce shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • ½ cup banana peppers, chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup dill relish
  • ¼ cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Lettuce Mixture

  • In a medium bowl, mix lettuce, red onions, relish, banana peppers, mayonnaise, and dressing together until combined. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to chill.

For the Sliders

  • Place bottom rolls on a baking sheet or in (2) 9x13 oblong baking dishes. Spread mayo and mustard over the bottom rolls.
  • Top with Swiss cheese.
  • Next, add roast beef on top of the cheese, and spread out evenly.
  • Replace the top rolls.

Seasoned Butter Mixture

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, oregano, basil together.
  • Brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter mixture.
  • Place in the oven for 8-9 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and carefully take off the top buns.
  • Spread the lettuce mixture over the meat, replace the top rolls, brush with additional butter, if desired, cut and enjoy.

Notes

  • When storing leftovers, be sure to remove the slaw from the sliders. This prevents a ton of excess moisture from soaking into the buns.
  • If you prefer a sturdier slider, toast the insides of the buns before filling and baking them to prevent them from soaking up too much moisture.
  • Easily slice your slider buns by cutting them all at once. Most slider buns are connected. Remove them in a single sheet, and slice through all of them at once with a serrated bread knife.
