Ingredients

  • 24 ounces kielbasa sausage, sliced into ¼”
  • 4 cups fresh green beans, ends trimmed and cut in half
  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup butter, sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add sausage, green beans, shrimp, olive oil and seasonings.
  • Stir to combine ingredients.
  • Pour mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading out into an even layer.
  • Place butter slices on top of mixture.
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until shrimp is cooked and green beans are tender.

Notes

  • Slice the sausages no more than ¼-inch thick. This ensures they heat through and brown fully by the time the shrimp is cooked.
  • If you use fresh shrimp, look for shiny, bright, firm shrimp with a fresh, briny smell.
  • Defrost frozen shrimp overnight in the refrigerator for the best flavor and food safety.
