How to Make Pepperoni Pizza Monkey Bread
1: Step 1: Cut the biscuits into quarters and roll them into balls. Then, mix them with the garlic butter mixture in a small bowl.
2: Step 2: Add a layer of pepperoni to the bottom of a prepared bundt pan, followed by some shredded cheese and half the dough balls.
3: Step 3: Sprinkle half of the remaining cheese and more pepperoni on top of the biscuits, then add the remaining dough balls.
4: Step 4: Top with the rest of the cheese and pepperoni, then bake until gooey. Serve with marina and enjoy!

Hint
If you add other meats, be sure to fully cook them to avoid raw meat or a greasy final product.
Storage
Refrigerate this bread for up to 4 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze it for up to 3 months in an airtight, freezer-safe container. Defrost overnight in the fridge before reheating.
To reheat, place individual portions on a microwaveable plate and cook at 30-second intervals until heated through.
Tips
- Be sure to coat every nook and cranny of your bundt pan with nonstick spray, so you can easily remove the bread.
- Be sure you use large canned biscuits. They’ll create the best texture and the best size for snacking.
- Stir the dough balls gently when combining them with the garlic butter to prevent squishing them too much.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, they’re two different names for the same delicious appetizer.
Monkey bread is a bread-based appetizer that can be either sweet or savory, depending on the ingredients used to make it.
Monkey bread may or may not have to be refrigerated, depending on the ingredients used in it. If your monkey bread has a cream cheese frosting or glaze or is made with any kind of dairy, it will have to be refrigerated.
Monkey bread can be soggy for a few reasons. If you use too much butter or wet ingredients, it can make the bread soggy. In addition, leaving the bread in the pan for longer than 15 to 30 minutes can cause steam to build up throughout the bread and make it soggy.
Monkey bread usually becomes dry due to overbaking. Every oven is different, so check the bread for doneness about 5 minutes before the specified cooking time is over.
