These boneless beef ribs are super tender and juicy and have a hot honey glaze that’s the perfect blend of sweet and heat. Simmered on the stove and finished in the oven, they’re the perfect rib recipe for cold or rainy days when grilling isn’t an option.

I love ribs. They’re so tender and flavorful, and they’re perfect for dinners and parties. I’m a big fan of grilled and smoked ribs, but sometimes the weather doesn’t allow for it. That’s when I pull out recipes like my crock pot country-style ribs or Instant Pot baby back ribs. These recipes give me all the classic flavor my family loves in a recipe that doesn’t require perfect weather.
That’s exactly what my boneless beef ribs are all about, as well. By simmering them on the stove and finishing them in the oven with their hot honey sauce, I get the perfect beef ribs without having to wait for the perfect day!

FAQ
Much like boneless country-style ribs, boneless beef ribs aren’t ribs at all. Rather, a chuck or shoulder roast that’s been cut into a rib shape.
Although boneless beef ribs aren’t true ribs, they still have the same flavor and texture as ribs. Their connective tissue ensures the meat gets nice and tender, and that beefy flavor melds perfectly with sauce in the same way traditional ribs do.
Like any other rib, boneless beef ribs can dry out if they aren’t cooked enough. Just like regular ribs, boneless beef ribs need to be cooked low and slow to allow their connective tissue and fat to render and make the meat tender and juicy.
