This delicious dip starts with a base of cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream. Then, I add spicy grated cheese, green onions, cilantro, crumbled bacon, and of course, diced jalapenos! It all comes together to create a dip that is rich, creamy, and cool but with a big kick of heat and the smoky goodness of bacon. You can dip almost anything into it, and there are almost never any leftovers. It doesn’t get much better than that!

How to Make Cheesy Jalapeño Bacon Dip
Making this dip is just as straightforward as the ingredient list. It only takes a bit of prep work and less than a half hour in the oven!
Step 1: Prep
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 1-quart baking dish with nonstick spray. Set aside.

Cheesy Jalapeño Bacon Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2½ cups Three alarm cheese, grated, divided (any spicy cheese will work)
- ⅓ cup green onions, sliced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 8 pieces bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- ⅛-¼ cup jalapeños, seeds removed, chopped up small
Instructions
- In a large frying pan, fry bacon until crispy. Remove and place on a plate lined with paper towels.
- Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 1 quart baking dish with a non stick spray. Set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy, then add mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix until incorporated.
- Add cheese (saving ½ cup for topping), jalapeños, onions, cilantro to mixing bowl. Stir.
- Crumble bacon, add to bowl, stir, saving a small amount for the topping.
- Spoon into prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon and pop in the oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and mixture is heated thoroughly.
- Remove for oven, serve hot with corn chips or tortilla chips.
