This Billionaire’s Bacon is a sweet and spicy twist on a classic breakfast staple inspired by none other than Snoop Dogg himself. Thick-cut bacon is coated in a simple glaze of brown sugar, red pepper flakes, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika, resulting in an irresistible combination of flavors of sweet, savory, and slightly spicy, and is oven-baked to delightful perfection.

I love bacon. Its salty, smoky flavor just makes everything better. Apparently, Snoop Dogg feels the same because he created a bacon recipe that makes everything we love about bacon even better. This copycat recipe is a marvel of simplicity and is the perfect example of how just a few ingredients can create a dish that’s absolutely loaded with flavor. I found this recipe in Snoop’s cookbook, From Crook to Cook, and added a few more spices, and I was hooked after the first bite. If you love bacon, this is the recipe for you!

Billionaire’s Bacon

This delicious recipe starts with thick-cut bacon. The bacon is placed on a wire rack over a baking sheet, then it’s smothered in a sweet and spicy mix of brown sugar, red pepper flakes, coarse ground black peppers, cayenne pepper, and paprika. After that, you bake it until it’s crispy, and your entire house smells like sweet and spicy bacon heaven. It takes around 40 minutes from start to finish, and when it’s all done, you’ll have bacon like you’ve never experienced before. Everyone who’s tried it has loved it, and I know you will, too.

Why You’ll Love This Billionaire’s Bacon Recipe

  • It’s very versatile and is excellent crumbled over salads, sandwiches, or even ice cream for a sweet and salty treat.
