If you love Chinese food, then you’re probably a big fan of fried rice. I know I am. No matter what we order, I always include it, and I love getting it in all kinds of flavors from plain to pork, shrimp, or chicken fried rice.

I’m also a big fan of making my favorite recipes at home, so of course, I’ve made my own homemade versions of fried rice. I love it because I can use different proteins to create different flavors.

This brisket fried rice is a new version that combines classic fried rice with leftovers from a beef brisket recipe from the day before to create a dish full of classic Asian flavor with a flavorful twist.
